As long as they are doing laminate in are of current half bath, they can have tile in new location. (Old Butler Pantry)

Move half bath to butler pantry. The half bath cabinet is the same as current half bath. Not changing cabinet. Add shelving in the pantry pictures attached. We are not adding the tub in the butler area
